I'm Gemma, married with two wonderful grown up daughters and a grandson who brings a whole new sense of love and joy to my life.
I love deep conversations over a cuppa, reading, holidays, lunch dates with friends, sunsets and I have a new found love for gardening (although I'm still a novice!)
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, subconscious mind & empowerment coach. Encompassing my life with all things spiritual and healing, natural health and wellbeing, connecting with like-minded souls and living my life with freedom and authenticity
My journey started 5 years ago with Reiki, where it changed my life. I started my own healing journey and spiritual awakening and to cut a long story short, I found my soul’s purpose.
Through years of lack of self belief, I had disconnected from my true self. I allowed my life to keep small. I wouldn't go for that promotion or new job. I would avoid going places if it meant I had to drive areas I didn't know. I wouldn't share my opinions or feelings if it was different to those around me. I would never of been seen sharing a video of me talking on social media....What would people think of me?
I was that woman that wouldn't express herself, had no confidence, wouldn't drive on motor ways, was afraid of being judged, didn't think I was good enough. This is where Belief Coding® and the power of the mind came into my life!
My Reiki Journey progressed through Reiki 1, 2, Master and then Teacher. Sharing the beautiful healing energy with others is a true honour. Reiki helps you on every level, mentally, physically and emotionally with anything from confidence, mental clarity, stress, sleep, grief. Reiki supports you and helps you to feel calm and balanced, but I was recognising that some of my clients were finding that deeper healing needed to happen to really move forward on their journey. This is where Belief Coding® comes in!
I listened to the nudges from the Universe and invested in myself not only for my clients but for me too.
